Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to support business objectives.
Performance Analysis:
Analyze financial and operational performance, providing insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends.
Variance Analysis:
Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive cost-effective decision-making.
Forecasting:
Develop accurate financial forecasts, considering market trends, operational needs, and business goals.
Financial Modeling:
Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and evaluate potential investments.
Advisory Role:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support in decision-making processes.
Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies to safeguard the organization's financial health.
Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and enhance financial processes, recommending improvements for increased efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
MBA or professional certification (e.
g.
, CFA, CPA) is a plus.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in the retail industry.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and forecasting.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software/tools.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
