As we continue to experience unprecedented growth, we are in need of a full-time bookkeeper for our Lewis Center, OH home office.
Job Overview Position:
Bookkeeper We are a trusted and established HVAC company serving Central Ohio homeowners and businesses.
Located in Lewis Center, Ohio, this position will support the owner and office manager in a variety of financial duties including managing accounts payables and receivables, billing customers, running monthly reports, etc.
Applicants must be detail-oriented and thrive in a small office environment.
Experience using Quickbooks is mandatory.
Responsibilities Include Accurately record and verify day to day financial transactions using Quickbooks Pay bills and invoice clients Process payments Run payroll Work with accountant on any tax forms and reporting Create monthly financial statements Implement bookkeeping best practices Identify and implement business processes improvements Qualifications Proven bookkeeping experience Associate's Degree or equivalent job experience In-depth understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations Experience with QuickBooks A high level of accuracy in recording business transactions, Passion and commitment to providing quality customer service Data entry skills Experience with spreadsheets and other standard office applications Customer service orientation High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Salary:
$20-$30 an hour, negotiable based on experience Hours:
Flexible, preferably 7-4; open to hybrid arrangements Location:
