You will be required to perform all job functions during your shift as well as manage, direct and delegate tasks to other associates.
Perform site manager duties when the site manager is not there.

Essential Job Functions Maintain 100% customer satisfaction Work in a fast-paced environment Manage staff Perform basic maintenance and maintain a clean facility Computer literate:
data entry, running of reports, email and basic Microsoft Office knowledge Required Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in one of the following industries:
service, retail, fast-food, hospitality, maintenance or automotive related industry.
Sales and customer service experience Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Ability to direct work of others Ability to learn quickly Attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and/or DIY skills helpful Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team Other Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all seasons Available weekdays and weekends Capable of standing, walking and bending for long periods of time Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
