If You are the Patient Rehab & Wellness Coordinator we are looking for You'll be a highly motivated and engaging professional with the experience and organizational skills to help run a busy chiropractic clinic.
You'll be passionate about people and greet every patient with enthusiasm and a smile.
You have great communication skills and will have a desire for doing things right You'll be prompt and don't make excuses.
You enjoy the opportunity to go the extra mile and have an attitude of whatever it takes to help make the office run efficiently.
Main details & duties of this position:
Position is for 35-40 hours/week.
Office hours accommodate patient schedules.
On some days we start as early as 6:
30am and other days we will end as late as 6:
30pm.
Off every Friday and no weekend shifts.
Responsible for patient therapies, patient nutrition consults, supervising patient exercise rehab plans.
Ordering nutritional and exercise rehab supplies.
Additional duties of this position include:
Assist with patient education, basic notes, scheduling, answering phones and patient follow-up phone calls.
Assist with general office duties - general administrative tasks and housekeeping.
Patient correspondence including special event postcards, e-mail and phone calls.
